Maltipoo Puppy Sales Contract

This contract outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing a Maltipoo puppy from CuddleMaltis. Please read it carefully before completing your purchase.

Deposit & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your Maltipoo puppy
• Deposits may be transferred to another puppy if your first choice is unavailable
• Full payment must be made before pickup or shipping
• Accepted payment methods will be discussed at the time of purchase

Health Guarantee

All Maltipoo puppies come with our lifetime health guarantee against genetic defects. This includes:

• Protection against hereditary health conditions
• First vaccinations and deworming completed
• Veterinary health certificate

Buyer Obligations

As a buyer, you agree to:

• Provide proper nutrition, shelter, and veterinary care
• Keep the puppy as an indoor pet (not exclusively outdoor living)
• Not sell or surrender the puppy to pet stores, laboratories, or shelters
• Contact us before rehoming if you can no longer care for the puppy
• Continue the vaccination schedule as recommended by your veterinarian
• Spay/neuter at the appropriate age unless breeding rights are purchased

Breeding Rights

Breeding rights are not included in the standard purchase price. If you are interested in breeding:

• Contact us to discuss breeding rights availability
• An additional fee applies for breeding rights
• We reserve the right to decline breeding rights requests

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the terms outlined in this contract and our health guarantee. We are not responsible for:

• Veterinary bills outside the terms of the guarantee
• Injury to the puppy after transfer of ownership
• Issues resulting from improper care or neglect
• Behavioral issues (although we are happy to offer guidance)
